These terms apply when you use the EzzMove app or this website.

Your account

You can explore EzzMove as a guest. Actions that other people can see, that grant a role, or that need to survive reinstalling the app — following someone, marking events, keeping a schedule, joining a studio, publishing an event — require a permanent account.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

Founder decisionOne decision, four places — and one is already answered. The live App Store listing declares a content rating of 4+. Nothing in these policies states a minimum age, so the two do not currently agree. Whatever is decided must be stated identically here, in the other policy page, in the App Store rating and in the Google Play target-audience declaration — a mismatch is a review rejection. Note what 4+ implies: it puts children in scope, so if it stands, parental-consent wording under Art. 8 GDPR is required, and Google Play’s Families policy will apply to the Android release.

Your content

Video and audio you import into Practice stays on your device. EzzMove does not upload it and claims no rights to it.

Content you deliberately publish — an event you create, a profile picture, choreography you upload to a studio — is visible to other users according to where you published it. You must have the right to use whatever you upload, including any music and footage.

Needs legal reviewThe licence you grant EzzMove to display published content, and the handling of third-party music rights in uploaded choreography, need legal wording.

Acceptable use

When using EzzMove you agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the rights to.
  • Harass, impersonate or endanger other users.
  • Publish events or studio content that is misleading or fraudulent.
  • Attempt to access accounts, studios or data that are not yours.
  • Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the technical operation of the service.

Studios and events

Studios are managed by their owners, who decide who may join and who may teach. Events are created by the organizers who publish them. EzzMove provides the platform; it does not run those studios or events and is not a party to what is agreed between a studio or organizer and their participants.

Events published by a normal user enter a review queue before they become publicly visible.

Availability and changes

EzzMove is under active development. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Paid features — not currently applicable

EzzMove is free to use and charges nothing today. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no billing of any kind. Nothing in these terms obliges you to pay for anything.

The app contains a Premium screen that is part of an unfinished feature. It cannot take payment, and no purchase can be made through it.

Needs legal reviewThis section stays “not applicable” only while that remains true. Before any charging goes live it must be replaced with real terms covering price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and the statutory right of withdrawal — and the Premium screen must either work or be removed from the app, because an upsell that takes no money is a support problem before it is a legal one.
