Child Safety Standards

EzzMove has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor have no place on this platform, and any account involved in it will be removed.

EzzMove is a dance platform. People use it to practise, to find classes and events, and to be seen by the people who book dancers. Nothing about that purpose requires the conduct described below, and nothing about it will be allowed to provide cover for it.

EzzMove is for dancers, teachers, studios and organizers. It is not designed for children, not marketed to them, and not listed in any children’s category in either app store.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an EzzMove account. Creating one is a confirmation that you are. EzzMove does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below that age; if you believe a younger person has an account, write to ezzmovesupport@gmail.com and it will be closed and its data deleted.

Sixteen follows from where EzzMove is operated. Art. 8 GDPR sets the age at which someone can consent to an online service for themselves at sixteen and allows member states to lower it to thirteen; Germany did not. EzzMove asks for no date of birth and runs no age verification — this is a stated condition of use, not a check.

These standards are published regardless. EzzMove carries profiles, videos, studios and events that users create and other users see, and a platform with user-generated content states how it handles child safety whether or not minors are its audience.

You must not use EzzMove to engage in, facilitate or attempt:

• Child sexual abuse, in any form.
• Child sexual exploitation, including for commercial purposes.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor in order to abuse or exploit them.
• Sexual solicitation of a minor, or sexualised communication directed at one.
• Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualised depictions of minors, whether photographic, recorded, drawn, animated or generated.
• Assisting, encouraging or arranging any of the above, including directing people elsewhere to obtain it.

This applies to everything on the platform: profiles and EzzPass pages, videos and showreels, studios, classes, choreography uploads, events, castings, and any text a user writes anywhere in the app.

You can report a concern from inside the EzzMove app: Profile → Report a safety concern. Choose “Child safety concern” and describe what you saw, with a handle, studio, event or link if you have one. Reports go directly to the operator of EzzMove.

Do not upload or attach sexual content involving minors. Possessing and transmitting that material is itself illegal. The reporting form accepts no attachments for exactly this reason — describe what you saw and tell us where it is.

You can also write to the child safety contact below. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — EzzMove is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in one.

Reports involving child safety are recorded at the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of everything else.

EzzMove is operated by one person, Mouhiyoudin Soulemana. Review is carried out by the operator — there is no automated scanning system and no round-the-clock moderation team, and this page will not claim otherwise. Reports are reviewed as quickly as the operator can reach them, with child-safety reports taken first.

Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, EzzMove may:

• Remove the content in question.
• Restrict what an account can do on the platform.
• Suspend the account while the matter is reviewed.
• Terminate the account permanently.
• Refuse to allow the person to create another account.

Where it is legally appropriate to do so, EzzMove will preserve relevant account and content information for review and for provision to competent authorities.

EzzMove cooperates with law enforcement and other competent authorities on child-safety matters, and will report confirmed child sexual abuse material and related conduct to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

EzzMove is operated from Germany and complies with the child-safety obligations that apply to it under German and European Union law, and with the policies of the app stores through which it is distributed.

EzzMove richtet sich an Tanzende, Lehrende, Studios und Veranstaltende und ist keine App für Kinder. Für ein EzzMove-Konto musst du mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein; mit dem Erstellen eines Kontos bestätigst du das. EzzMove erhebt kein Geburtsdatum und führt keine Altersprüfung durch — es ist eine Nutzungsvoraussetzung, keine Kontrolle. Diese Standards werden trotzdem veröffentlicht: EzzMove enthält von Nutzenden erstellte Inhalte, und eine solche Plattform legt offen, wie sie mit Kinderschutz umgeht.

EzzMove duldet sexuellen Missbrauch und sexuelle Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE) unter keinen Umständen. Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM) und jedes Verhalten, das Minderjährige sexualisiert, ausbeutet oder gefährdet, haben auf dieser Plattform keinen Platz. Betroffene Konten werden entfernt.

Verboten ist insbesondere:

• sexueller Missbrauch von Kindern in jeder Form
• sexuelle Ausbeutung von Kindern, auch zu kommerziellen Zwecken
• Grooming — der Aufbau einer Beziehung zu einer minderjährigen Person mit dem Ziel des Missbrauchs
• sexuelle Anbahnung gegenüber Minderjährigen
• Erstellen, Hochladen, Teilen, Verbreiten, Anfordern oder Verlinken von CSAM
• sexualisierte Darstellungen Minderjähriger, ob fotografiert, gefilmt, gezeichnet, animiert oder generiert
• Unterstützen, Ermutigen oder Vermitteln der genannten Handlungen

Meldung: In der EzzMove-App unter Profil → Sicherheitsproblem melden. Wähle „Kinderschutz“ und beschreibe, was du gesehen hast — mit Handle, Studio, Event oder Link, soweit vorhanden. Lade dabei keine sexuellen Inhalte mit Minderjährigen hoch. Der Besitz und die Weitergabe solcher Inhalte sind strafbar; das Formular nimmt deshalb keine Anhänge entgegen. Ist ein Kind in unmittelbarer Gefahr, wende dich zuerst an den Notruf.

Bearbeitung: Meldungen zum Kinderschutz werden mit höchster Priorität erfasst und vorrangig geprüft. EzzMove wird von einer Person betrieben, Mouhiyoudin Soulemana; die Prüfung erfolgt durch den Betreiber. Es gibt kein automatisches Scan-System und kein Moderationsteam rund um die Uhr — diese Seite behauptet das ausdrücklich nicht.

Bei bestätigten oder begründet vermuteten Verstößen kann EzzMove Inhalte entfernen, Konten einschränken, sperren oder dauerhaft schließen. Soweit rechtlich zulässig und geboten, werden relevante Informationen gesichert und geprüft.

Behörden: EzzMove arbeitet in Kinderschutzfragen mit Strafverfolgungs- und anderen zuständigen Behörden zusammen und meldet bestätigte Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs den zuständigen Stellen, soweit dies nach geltendem Recht erforderlich ist.
